ABOUT ME

During Ian's younger days, he was always teased at for being plump. Never liked being in his heavy built and was also concerned with health markers. These reasons triggered him to get in shape. He is most glad to share & educate his knowledge with enthusiasts, primarily on how to get you out of your rut and towards an all-rounded FITT LAB shape, ready to face the challenges of the world!

ABOUT ME

Coach Kai have been in the Fitness Industry for almost 5 years and counting. Instead of working in the financial sector where he majored in, he started from scratch. it has never been an easy move, however through the people he met and the problems he heard over the years, he has a much bigger picture of what our current generation is actually facing.

He strongly belief that being fit and healthy need not have to be difficult and boring, but instead it should be fun and exciting just like a kid which we once were!

So stop thinking if you're old for anything, everyone has a kid in them and Coach Kai is confident he can bring it out of you! Exercise is the new medicine!
